Consultations
Introductory Phone Consultation
For individuals considering counselling but uncertain about my specific services, I offer an introductory phone call of up to 15 minutes.
The purpose is a brief mutual assessment to determine if my service aligns with the level of support you need. This also serves as an opportunity for you to ask questions.
Following this conversation, the decision to proceed with booking an initial appointment rests entirely with you.

I believe to my core that every woman deserves access to deep, transformative support — regardless of what’s in her bank account.
My fees are intentionally accessible because your healing shouldn’t depend on your finances.

About Me
I am registered Level 2 ACA registered counsellor with a Diploma of Counselling, a Bachelor of Counselling, and a Graduate Certificate in Narrative Therapy.
As a woman myself, I bring lived experience alongside professional training. This allows me to meet you with empathy, understanding, and respect for the complexity of your experiences.
I believe healing happens in relationship—when you feel genuinely heard, supported, and accepted as you are. My role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, care, and a steady presence as you navigate your journey.
